Pickle and Pals - Kibawe

1. Booking & Payment

-All court bookings must be made through the official booking page or authorized channels.

-Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

-Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

-Please be advised that reservations cannot be canceled once confirmed.

-Cancellations made are non-refundable.

3. Time Usage

-Players must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be given extended playing time.

-Court usage is limited to the booked time slot only.

-Overtime play without approval may incur additional charges.

4. Player Conduct

-All players must observe proper sportsmanship and respectful behavior.

-Let’s keep the court a positive and respectful space: no profanity, trash talking, or disruptive behavior.

-Any form of misconduct, damage to property, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.

5. Court Rules

-Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are required at all times.

-Food and drinks (except water) are restricted on the court.

-Only authorized equipment should be used.

6. Liability

-Players use the facilities at their own risk.

-Pickle and Pals Kibawe is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

7. Weather & Force Majeure -In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings.

-Affected bookings will be offered a reschedule or refund.

8. Facility Care

-Players are responsible for keeping the court clean and properly using equipment.

-Any damage caused by players may be subject to repair charges.

9. Management Rights

-Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings due to violations of these terms.

-Rules and policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.
